Kantiv, formerly Joist AI, is the pursuit intelligence platform that equips Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms to pursue and win more work. Every pursuit makes the next one stronger. We were founded by people who came up through AEC marketing and know firsthand what it costs when a talented team spends its best hours on a scramble instead of a strategy. Kantiv exists to change that: giving AEC marketers the foundation they need to win the right work and earn their seat at the table.

I’ve known the Building Ventures team for over five years, long before starting Kantiv.
